I worked on the FileIT mobile app development alongside my lead manager, contributing to key features that make the app functional and user-friendly. I collaborated closely with the team to deliver a polished mobile application that provides secure and efficient document management for HR departments and organizations.
File Management System
I developed and implemented the core file management functionality in the mobile app, allowing users to organize, view, and manage their documents efficiently. This included creating intuitive interfaces for browsing files, organizing documents into folders, and implementing search and filter capabilities. I worked on ensuring that the file management system is both powerful and easy to use, making it simple for HR departments to handle large volumes of employee documents. The system supports various file types and provides clear organization structures that help users find what they need quickly.
File Upload to Server
One of my key responsibilities was implementing the file upload functionality that securely transfers documents from the mobile app to the cloud server. I developed robust upload mechanisms that handle various file sizes and types, ensuring reliable transfers even with slower network connections. I implemented progress tracking, error handling, and retry mechanisms to provide a smooth upload experience. The system includes proper file validation, compression where appropriate, and secure transmission protocols to protect sensitive HR documents during the upload process.
