My Contribution
I worked extensively on the WebHR app, focusing on core modules, particularly Attendance and Performance. My contributions included developing and enhancing these critical features from the ground up, implementing robust functionality that handles complex HR workflows. I was responsible for architecting the technical solutions, writing clean and maintainable code, and ensuring seamless integration with the existing system infrastructure. My work involved deep collaboration with the product team to understand user needs, translating requirements into technical specifications, and implementing features that directly addressed pain points in HR management processes. I also played a key role in optimizing the app's performance, reducing load times, and improving overall responsiveness, which significantly enhanced the user experience.
Impact & Results
Through my dedicated work on the Attendance and Performance modules, the daily active users for these particular modules increased dramatically from 1,000 to 8-9,000 users - representing an 800-900% growth. This substantial growth demonstrates the value and effectiveness of the improvements made to these core HR functionalities. The enhanced features I developed led to increased user engagement, with employees finding the modules more intuitive and reliable. The improved performance and stability of these modules resulted in higher user retention rates and positive feedback from both end-users and HR administrators.
